About the Role
This position leads operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and land‑use coordination to support the ecological, cultural, and agricultural value of TSR’s, whilst ensuring they remain safe, functional, and compliant with legislative and land management frameworks.
The Program Lead drives continuous improvement, supports policy implementation, and collaborates closely within Local Land Services (LLS), and externally with community groups, Aboriginal stakeholders, and industry partners to optimise outcomes for graziers, biodiversity, and broader community interests.
We are looking for an individual who can:
Provide high level project management services to the Statewide TSR Program
Prepare executive briefs, advice and coordinated responses on complex issues
Build and maintain strong relationships across LLS, DPIRD and partner agencies
In this role you will:
Make a statewide impact – shape consistent TSR decisions, tools and frameworks across NSW
Turn policy into practice – help translate legislation, reform and governance into real on‑ground outcomes
Work across the business – collaborate with regions, compliance, GIS, policy teams and executives
Strengthen confidence and consistency – support clear, defensible statewide processes
Gain strategic exposure – contribute to major projects, reform and statewide initiatives
Join a supportive team – work in a collaborative, enabling environment without extra hierarchy
