We're committed to making a positive impact on our visitors and our community, and we're always looking for new ways to do things better. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team of experts in AI model development and deployment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for directing the creation, implementation, and maintenance of AI models for our attractions. You'll work closely with our internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across Disney Encounters (DX). If you're passionate about data science, AI, and innovation, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with our research and development team to drive the development of AI models and solutions that meet our business needs * Lead and work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy AI solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences * Develop and maintain AI models using machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques * Drive innovation and experimentation to identify new opportunities for AI-driven solutions * Collaborate with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and architectures that support our AI models * Work with our software development team to integrate AI models into our existing systems and applications * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and results to stakeholders * Collaborate with our quality assurance team to ensure that our AI models meet our quality and reliability standards **Essential Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI * Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP * Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) processes * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization * Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless computing * Experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and Apache Flink * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and Tableau * Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana * Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and data science projects * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Access to the latest tools and technologies * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options **How to Apply** If you're passionate about data science, AI, and innovation, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we want to hear from you.
