Program Coordinator - Community Health
The Program Coordinator - Community Health participates in the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of designated projects/programs within the Center for Community Health Advancement to promote changes in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors associated with identified health priorities. This position specifically will support our Substance Use Services team, helping coordinate our Strategic Prevention Framework - Partnerships for Success Grant. This funding is being used to address underage drinking and promote mental health among youth ages 14-21 in five counties in Wisconsin (Barron, Forest, Oneida, Portage, and Price). Must reside in Wisconsin, as travel will be required for site visits and trainings. Qualifications Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in health, environmental, business, education, or related field. Minimum Required Experience: Five years of experience in health education, public health, health promotion, or related field. Two years of program management experience.
