The Faculty Affairs Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing programs and projects within the Office of Faculty Affairs, coordinating activities, events, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManaging and executing programs and projects within the Office of Faculty AffairsCoordinating project activities, events, and workshopsMaintaining detailed project documentationEnsuring effective communication among team members and stakeholdersAssisting in scheduling meetings and preparing reportsPreparing and distributing project communicationTracking project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverablesManaging administrative tasks such as maintaining project filesEngaging key contributors from various university units and external stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
