They are seeking a Head of Agent Channel Marketing to create and execute marketing strategies for the agent channel, manage marketing budgets, and oversee key personnel to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute the overall marketing and advertising strategy for the agent channelThis includes partnering with the insurance team on new product and sector launchesWorking with the marketing teams of our Top 50 national brokers, agency group partners, and wholesalers (where allowed) to create and deliver co-sponsored marketing campaignsDevelop performance marketing processes to analyze success of campaignsCreate and oversee the marketing budget for the agent channelManage and oversee key personnel such as marketing managers, copywriters, graphic designers, and other stakeholders that drive growth in the agent channelThis includes providing OKR management, creative direction, creating content or briefs, final approvals, and implementationManage our convention exhibitor strategy, organizing calendar, logistics, swag purchasing, and moreOversee and manage external advertising strategy, including analyzing results, creating ad copy and assets, collaborating with the Google and Bing SEM teams, and moreCreate marketing assets for the sales team; including training presentations, flyers, promo videos, and moreOversee our incentive programs, gifts, and promotional giftingCollaborate with PR and social media team for external communicationsCollaborate with other key stakeholders such as product, sectors, and IPM to align their release efforts with our communication and marketing strategySkills5+ years of experience of marketing to independent agentsUnderstand how to drive performance marketing campaigns - tracking the success of what we deliverExperience managing direct reports and cross functional partners5+ years of experience managing or overseeing SEM campaignsBenefitsAnnual performance-based incentive programPartially subsidized medical planFully subsidized vision/dental optionsLife insuranceDisability insurance401(k)Flexible paid time offParental leaveCompany OverviewERGO NEXT Insurance is 100% dedicated to small businesses and the self-employed.
