Professional Services Consultant
Parsons is seeking to hire a qualified Professional Services Consultant. This position is a key member of the SigmaFlow software’s Professional Services team responsible for implementations and improving the experience of SigmaFlow’s client base.ResponsibilitiesEngage with SigmaFlow clients to facilitate project plans, requirement elicitation, software configuration, training, and transitioning the solution to the production environmentParticipates in design specification, technical configuration, test planning, and deployment of client implementationsWork on developing technical specification documents for the client’s regulatory requirementsConfigure custom workflows, data libraries, and developing reports (using SQL) in the SigmaFlow platform following the technical specification documentBecome SigmaFlow product subject matter expert (SME), to utilize application functional expertise and relational database design knowledge to configure/develop workflow solutions for the clientConduct rigorous testing of configuration against technical specification documents and test cases to ensure stringent quality standards are metProvide adept first-tier support to clients, encompassing SQL query resolution, software troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution formulationCollaborate closely with clients' software system administrators and IT departments throughout the implementation phasesCommunicate clearly and effectively with client’s end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and deliver high-quality resultsUtilize JIRA and Smartsheet applications to support multiple projects and clients during the implementationCollaborate with the SigmaFlow Support team to swiftly address support tickets raised by clientsAssist the SigmaFlow business development team by delivering demonstrations, occasionally necessitating custom configurationsSupport SigmaFlow’s energy clients with compliance software to implement workflows for addressing FERC/NERC standards and requirementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline0-2 years' experience or a similar roleExperienced in SQL reportingDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and deliver assigned tasks within stipulated timelinesExceptional problem-solving acumen and technical prowessStrong written and oral communication skills suitable for professional contexts, including the capacity to articulate technical data cogently in presentations and written documentsFamiliarity with project management applications such as JIRA and SmartsheetIntermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL developmentBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPaid time offEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)401(k)Life insuranceFlexible work schedulesHolidaysCompany OverviewParsonsKellogg has stood apart in the $20 billion promotional products industry.
