What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, with a focus on accuracy
Verify the accuracy of data before entry into the system
Ensure consistency of data across the system, such as updating customer address changes
Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties like filing and copying
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities
Ability to maintain patience for repetitive tasks
Minimum of one to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Reading knowledge of Spanish, as a small percentage of orders are in that language
Social perceptiveness and service orientation
