Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Software Engineer/Technical Consultant Location: Remote / U.S. 12+ months Pay rate: Market/DOE Client: Healthcare domain Seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Dynamics 365 CRM to design, customize, and maintain our Dynamics 365 CRM platform and related integrations. This role is critical in supporting existing platforms and other enterprise initiatives, ensuring system scalability, performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities • Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules. • Develop and maintain integrations using C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Support system architecture, administration, and security roles, ensuring compliance with health information privacy and audit standards (HIPAA, SOC, etc.). • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application reliability and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, product, development, operations) to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve user experience. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, participate in design sessions, perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. • Drive process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance system adoption and business outcomes. • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integration. • Strong programming skills in C#, .Net, SQL, and JavaScript. • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, administration, and security models. Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant • Proven experience integrating CRM with third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, ERP, and healthcare platforms). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience in DevOps/CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
