Full-Time | Entry-Level to Intermediate |Commission-Based + Bonuses

No experience? No license? No problem! We provide full training and will support you in obtaining your insurance license through the Department of Financial Services.
What You'll Do
• Educate & Advise: Offer tailored health, financial, and insurance solutions based on client goals and needs.
• Leverage Technology: Use digital platforms and CRM tools to manage leads, client records, and communication.
• Become a Licensed Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our plans and services to deliver confident, informed advice.
• Build Relationships: Foster trust with clients, team members, and business partners.
• Stay Compliant: Uphold compliance, confidentiality and professional integrity with all state and federal guidelines.
• Reflect & Improve: Participate in team meetings, give feedback, and contribute to a proactive growth mindset environment.
• Communicate Offers: Draft custom policy proposals and wellness solutions to potential/existing clients.

• Tech-comfortable (Google Suite, Excel, CRM tools)
• Motivated, reliable, and open to feedback
• Excited to learn, continue education, and earn additional licensing (we’ll help!)

• Self-starters with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively
