Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Product Owner to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a significant level of expertise in the digital realm, gained through experience in freelance or agency positions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products deliver maximum value to customers.Develop and execute product roadmaps, including defining product objectives, features, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape product vision, establish feature priorities, and determine strategic direction.Monitor product performance and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating challenges for product success.Communicate product status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and team members. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within a digital environment.Strong knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies, product management principles, and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward successful product delivery.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
