If you are driven by the sense of doing meaningful work and growing in a dynamic company, let’s connect!The impact of the role:The Product Owner will be a critical team member of our Product Team responsible for aligning the product roadmap and ensuring the successful deployment of projects.On a given day, a Product Owner will:Manage a product through its lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and post-launch iterations.Drive project execution in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Managers and Clients to create and maintain a dynamic roadmap that balances business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.Use data-driven frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) to prioritize features that maximize value.Act as the central liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and facilitating effective communication.Guide and empower development teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring progress toward objectives.Familiarity with agile development processes (Agile Framework Knowledge), including sprints, backlogs, and iterative product releases.Collaborate with Delivery Management to align product vision with operational capabilities.Set success metrics and feature roadmap to align with business goals and drive the roadmap to completion.RequirementsIn order to be successful in this role you will need:4 years of previous working experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role within the Tech Industry and ideally with data / digital products / platforms. Experience coordinating and communicating with technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders. Combine business and technical acumen to bridge technical solutions and strategic decision-making. Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or Lucidspark.Knowledge in Software Engineering and System Architecture.Experience working with project teams.Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.We are a multinational company, fluency in English is required.We thrive through team collaboration, we are on the lookout for team players.We encourage everyone to think out of the box; curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and evolve as an individual and as a team member are highly appreciated.
