Contribute to efficient resource allocation and data-driven decision-making.Foster Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to manage product portfolio priorities, dependencies, and risks. Help ensure alignment with company goals and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Champion Operational Frameworks: Support the integration of the OKR framework into operations. Guide teams in developing and executing roadmaps, fostering accountability and improvement. Strategic Planning and Resource Management: Organize and participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to long-term product roadmaps and efficient resource management.Promote Transparency and Consistency: Help ensure portfolio priorities are clear across teams, promoting uniform project and program prioritization criteria. Contribute to standardizing planning and operational processes.Lead Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Assist in driving process improvement and automation initiatives. Support a culture of innovation and operational efficiency.Enable Stakeholder Success: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing support and addressing portfolio challenges. Assist in monitoring portfolio health through metrics and data.Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies while confidently resolving workflow problems to ensure smooth execution.
