Your mission: help the product team ship faster, communicate clearer, and make better decisions. You'll own the systems, processes, and tools that turn product development into a well-orchestrated machine—from release coordination to analytics infrastructure to AI-powered workflows.What You'll OwnRelease & Launch ManagementOwn the end-to-end release process: coordination, communication, and rollout trackingManage feature flagging workflows and ensure clean, predictable deploymentsCreate visibility into what's shipping, when, and to whom—internally and externallyProduct Analytics & InstrumentationOwn and improve our analytics infrastructure to surface actionable usage dataPartner with PMs to define metrics, instrument features, and track adoptionBuild dashboards and reporting that drive prioritization and measure impactDocumentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain internal product documentation so teams always have current, accurate informationCoordinate updates to external help centers and release notesExplore automation opportunities to reduce manual documentation overheadProcess & ToolingStandardize and streamline product team workflowsManage the product tech stack—evaluate, implement, and drive adoption of toolsIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve team efficiencyAI Enablement & AutomationBuild and maintain AI-powered workflows that accelerate product team productivityDevelop custom skills, prompts, and tooling (e.g., Claude Code, internal AI assistants) to automate repetitive tasksChampion AI adoption across Product and identify high-impact use cases for automationWhat We're Looking For3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS companyExperience managing release processes, feature flags, or deployment coordinationStrong analytics skills—comfortable with tools like PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similarProven ability to build and improve processes from scratchExcellent documentation and communication skills; you make complex things clearBias toward automation; you'd rather build a system than do something manually twiceEnthusiasm for AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new ways of workingBonus PointsHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) or building custom AI workflowsExperience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature management platformsFamiliarity with Notion, Confluence, or similar knowledge management toolsBackground in AI/ML products or fast-moving product environmentsWhy JoinHigh-impact role—you'll directly influence how fast and effectively we shipBuild the Product Ops function with significant ownership and autonomyWork alongside a product team that values operational excellenceClosingThere are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience. Based on the anticipated level of experience we are seeking, we expect the compensation range for this role to be between $104,000 and $269,000.
