As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing real-time assistance and support to our customers through online chat services. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Karmel in the industry.

As a Live Chat Agent at Karmel, you will be involved in handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
