As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our data storage conditions, protecting data backups, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing continuous recommendations and best practices to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and maintain enterprise data storage conditions, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems * Execute and maintain enterprise backup and data protection strategies * Proficiently manage and monitor reporting stages and software * Execute storage plan methods, based on industry principles and best practices * Collaborate and communicate with application, database, server, and other technology groups on engineering and design choices, to ensure suitable storage technology and design * Demonstrate strong organizational skills to adapt and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing work environment * Contribute clear and concise documentation for both daily and ad-hoc tasks * Provide specialized support and guidance on complex tasks such as installation, setup, and backup/restore activities for all systems * Perform code updates and security patching to maintain the integrity of storage systems * Apply general knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system concepts to interact with various stages effectively **Essential Qualifications** * General knowledge of data storage or related field(s) * Demonstrated experience in virtualization solutions * Hands-on experience working with equipment (Servers, LAN/SAN Switches, storage, etc.) * Familiarity with current and cutting-edge data security technologies * Knowledge of NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3) * Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows) * VMWare concepts and organization **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to provide clear and well-organized documentation * Strong organizational skills and perseverance in completing assigned work * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Active involvement in equipment life-cycle management * Broad investigating and execution monitoring skills * Ability to work autonomously under broad guidance **Education** * Four-year degree from a certified school in Software Engineering or a related discipline (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered) **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan * 401(k) Program with Company Match * Paid Vacation * Personal Time Off (PTO) * Employee Discount * Additional Security and Long-Term Disability Protection (LTD) * Flexible Spending Plan * Holiday Pay * Integris Center and Pharmacy nearby * Clergy Services nearby **How to Apply** If you believe you have what it takes to join our team, submit your application without delay.
