In this role, you’ll define and execute the product vision and roadmap for foundational platform services that power our entire Cloud ERP. You’ll work at the intersection of embedded analytics experiences and reporting, interface with our diverse data teams, and work with product teams to deliver in-app capabilities that improve reliability, ensure scalability, and increase innovation velocity across all product lines. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a product leader who thrives in technical domains, understands the needs of both data and analytics, and is passionate about building the backbone of a modern, data-powered SaaS platform.Key Responsibilities:Define the product vision and strategy for core platform Analytics areas including cloud infrastructure, core experiences, enterprise integration services, and internal product enablement.Champion the developer experience across internal teams—ensuring tooling, APIs, IAM, and documentation reduce friction and accelerate delivery.Own and maintain a forward-looking platform roadmap, aligning technical investments with broader company and product goals.Partner closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams to define and prioritize infrastructure capabilities that drive scalability, reliability, and performanceCollaborate with AI/ML engineering to enable AI infrastructure, including model pipelines, data orchestration, and governance guardrails.Write clear, actionable product requirements and support Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.Monitor usage and operational metrics to assess performance and guide continuous improvement of platform capabilities.Stay current with industry best practices in platform engineering, cloud-native technologies, and AI infrastructure.Act as a trusted subject matter expert on internal platform capabilities and best practicesQualifications & Preferred Experience:6+ years of product management experience, ideally including 3+ years focused on platforms, embedded analytics, or developer tools in a SaaS environment.Proven track record of delivering infrastructure or platform capabilities that serve both technical and business stakeholders.Experience with cloud-native architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, containers, infrastructure as code).Familiarity with BI tooling such as Metabase and Looker.Exposure to AI/ML systems, model lifecycle management, or data infrastructure is a strong plus.Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term platform strategy.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Why OpenGov?A Mission That Matters.
