• Strong understanding of the product development process in financial services
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Experience with digital sales & marketing, specifically in lead generation
• Familiarity with Lean Start-up methodology
• Knowledge of human-centered design principles
Responsibilities
• Lead product discovery and vision, collaborating with design and strategy teams
• Engage with financial advisors to gather feedback and improve services
• Run pilot programs to test features and optimize solutions
• Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses, building business cases for new services
• Build and lead the product team from discovery to launch
• Communicate vision and progress with senior management to drive growth
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy consulting
• 1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing
• Experience in designing and refining business models with a focus on strategic growth
• A passion for fintech and commitment to accessible financial guidance
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing
• Experience in fast-growing companies focused on scaling products and services
