[Remote] Graduate Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. In this role as a Graduate Account Manager, you will nurture client relationships and drive customer success for a portfolio of sports team clients.ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Account Manager at Storyteller, you’ll be a key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they are successful with our platformIn time, you will be responsible for: Owning a portfolio of team / growth accounts and being the first person to respond to queriesBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDeveloping a deep understanding of your clients’ organisations, competitions and sports – and the outcomes they care aboutRunning regular check-ins and helping clients plan content, campaigns and platform usageMonitoring client usage and identifying opportunities for expansion, as well as any risks to mitigatePreparing Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable recommendations, progress reports and account performance insightsOwning actions and next steps for your accounts, keeping everything up to date in Airtable/CRMWorking with Delivery and clients’ app vendors on any specific integration or upgrade projectsAdvocating for client feedback with the Product team and helping shape our roadmapUsing AI to work faster and better (e.g., drafting emails/QBRs, summarising calls, analysing usage patterns, and maintaining account notes)Contributing to improvements in our account management processes and playbooks as we scaleSkillsA real interest in the business side of sport (and ideally, a love of watching/following sport)Excellent school and university gradesExcellent oral and written communication skillsA real interest in AI, technology and recent advancementsProactive attitude – you're first on the scene grabbing hold of thingsHigh ownership mindset and strong attention to detailComfort managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, with constant context-switchingExperience communicating directly with customers (internships, part-time roles, volunteering, etc. all count)Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus points if you've used Airtable or similar toolsReliable internet for remote workBenefits33 Days Paid LeaveBenefitsCompany OverviewWe built a Stories SDK so you don't have to It was founded in 2019, and is headquartered in Edinburgh, Edinburgh, City of, GBR, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
