This role assists in gathering requirements, writing user stories, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting release readiness activities. The position is ideal for an early-career product professional looking to gain hands-on SaaS product experience while contributing to meaningful, customer-driven initiatives.Primary Responsibilities:Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteriaParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activitiesMaintain and organize product backlogs and documentationAnalyze customer feedback and support ticket trendsSupport internal QA validation prior to releaseCoordinate release documentation with marketing and training teamsTrack feature adoption and product usage metricsAssist in internal demos and feature overviewsSkills & Competencies:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesComfortable working cross-functionallyBasic understanding of SaaS platforms and workflowsOrganizational discipline and documentation skillsMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (internships included)Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experienceExperience working with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similarStrong interest in B2B software, SaaS, or workflow systemsSalary range: $90,000 - $110,000Fullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
