Job Description:

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to share knowledge, take constructive feedback, and continuously improve. Own up to mistakes with integrity and learn from them to enhance your performance.

Qualifications:
• Location: Preferably based in Texas, with a passion for representing our company and upholding our reputation.
• Work Environment: You will need a quiet place to work so that background noises are not heard on the phone. You will also need a computer with high speed internet.
• Communication: Excellent phone and communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and patient under pressure.
• Tech-Savvy: While not a tech expert, you should have a solid understanding of technology and common sense in troubleshooting.
• Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and the ability to sell products with a smile.
• Coachability: Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role.
