Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Analyze product usage – To optimize existing features based on data-driven insights derived from user behavior and performance metrics.Define new features – By monitoring user feedback from various channels and evaluating potential requirements to address unmet needs and market opportunities.Evangelize processes – By advocating for proper internal request methods and thorough documentation to ensure efficient and clear communication across teams.Write user stories – To ensure clarity and completeness of requirements for the tech team, facilitating the development of user-centric features.Remove blockers – By helping your team anticipate and eliminate obstacles in development processes, ensuring smooth and efficient product delivery.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Does this sound like you?Rellevant experience – 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in fintech or banking.Collaborative attitude – Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Tech, UX, BI, Business stakeholders).Technical acumen – Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers.Product evaluation skills – Ability to assess new products and services and measure their potential value.Language proficiency – You are fluent in Italian and English.Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
