As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary task will be to assist customers by providing product and service information, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. – Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– High school degree
