You will own key initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our merchants, achieve product success, and drive business growth.What you’ll be doingOwn, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for key initiatives, aligning it with customer needs and company goalsLead product discovery by partnering with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to deeply understand user pain points and translate them into clear, actionable requirementsDefine and own success metrics, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize product and customer impactCollaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver high-quality features on time and within scopeManage the product development lifecycle — from ideation and validation to launch, adoption, and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryConduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights. Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify product opportunities, drive continuous improvement, make informed decisions, and optimize the product experience.Lead A/B testing testing and other experiments to optimize product features and user experience; manage and prioritize product issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks with internal teamsPartner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product releases, user enablement, and ongoing value deliveryContinuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunitiesWe’ll be excited if you haveBachelor’s degree3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or e-commerce environmentProven track record of successfully launching and managing digital productsStrong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices but innovative with unconventional solutionsBroad knowledge of user research, data analysis, and product analytics toolsExcellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills (reading, writing, presenting) to various technical and non-technical audiencesThrives in a fast-paced, team-centric startup environmentMust be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Familiarity with the Hong Kong e-commerce market and user landscape a plusExperience with e-commerce platforms, online store builders, or related technologies preferredThe role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote.
