Product Manager
Your Tasks
We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) who will drive the entire product development process—from ideation to implementation. If you thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, have a hands-on approach, and love collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you!Take full ownership of the product development process, managing product initiatives from idea to release and individual feature development.Influence and shape the product strategy incorporating market insights and customer needs.Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.Manage the product backlog, prioritising features and user stories based on business value and strategic importance.Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma (or similar design tools)Prepare visual documentation (user flows, interface designs, features) for internal and customer-facing use.Work closely with the Engineering Team to ensure seamless execution and product excellence.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Customer Success and Sales) to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Experiences
3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS product managementA hands-on mentality with a proactive and independent working stylePractical experience with Figma or similar design toolsStrong understanding of complex product ecosystems and how they interconnectExcellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive product successExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level)
