The role involves closing large deals, managing high-value clients, and collaborating with various teams to align solutions with client needs.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Engage with decision-makers and executives at major enterprises, particularly in the financial vendor sector in Latin AmericaConsultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of AltScore’s solutions and present them in a way that aligns with the client's business objectives and challengesSales Process Development: Take an active role in refining and developing scalable sales processes as the company grows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goalsMarket Development: Identify new business opportunities in LatAm, aligning AltScore’s product offerings with market needsCollaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure feedback loops that improve the sales processSales Strategy: Contribute to the overall sales strategy, suggesting improvements and leading initiatives to enhance client acquisition and retentionReporting: Regularly report on key sales metrics and performance updates to the COO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-makingSkills7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within SaaS or fintech, with a focus on large, complex dealsProven track record of closing high-value contracts ($500K+) and exceeding sales quotasStrong understanding of the credit or lending infrastructure space, with the ability to articulate how AltScore's solutions can solve client pain pointsFluent Spanish and English; executive-level written and verbal communicationExperience selling to large companies or financial institutions in Latin America is a plusDemonstrated success in consultative selling and building C-level relationshipsExperience in leading sales teams or developing sales processes is a strong plusMastery of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales automation platformsHighly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to manage complex deals and clients autonomouslyWillingness to travel frequently across LatAm to meet with clientsBenefitsCommissions: of up to 50% of base salary based on performance.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): All employees are eligible from day one.Unlimited PTO: We encourage taking at least 3-4 weeks off per year to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Remote work: we are a fully remote company, and we encourage employees to work from wherever they are most comfortable and productive.
