Join us, and help shape the tools that define the future of jewellery commerce.About The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and strategic Product Designer to help shape the next generation of Nivoda’s digital experience. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll lead product design across both mobile and web — from early discovery and research through to polished execution and performance tracking.You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and beautiful. You’ll design journeys that span both sides of our marketplace — buyers and suppliers — and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our design system. If you thrive in fast-moving teams, care deeply about quality, and want your work to be seen and used by thousands of global users, we’d love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Shape Meaningful Experiences: Design elegant, functional solutions across complex user journeys on both mobile and desktop.Lead with Insight: Conduct and synthesise user research to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviours, and opportunities.Validate Through Testing: Plan and run usability tests to ensure your solutions are intuitive and effective.Think Systematically: Contribute to and extend our shared design system, creating components that scale across teams and platforms.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to bring designs to life with accuracy and craft.Drive Design Quality: Deliver high-fidelity designs and specifications, and support implementation through to pixel-perfect execution.Measure and Iterate: Use analytics and user feedback to understand performance, and continuously refine your work.Stay Curious: Keep an eye on emerging patterns, tools, and trends — and bring fresh ideas to the team.Your Skills and Experience5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or other complex B2B flowsStrong experience designing responsively across desktop and mobileConfident in end-to-end research practices, from exploratory interviews to usability testingA sharp portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual polishExperience working with design systems, and contributing new patterns and componentsExcellent communication skills — you can clearly explain your rationale and collaborate across disciplinesProficiency in Figma goes without saying but a passion for ai code-gen prototyping is highly valued (our new favourite workflow!)Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments, often across multiple squadsBonus: Experience in luxury, jewellery, or Shopify/B2B platformsWhat we offer:Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company.Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment.Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda’s success and scalability.Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture.Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning.Unlimited holiday allowance.Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase.
