We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager that is a self-starter with a delivery mindset and a team first attitude, a strong understanding of the relevant business drivers, processes and functions for a given business line, such as Banking, B2B Payments, Treasury Services, Capital Markets, Securities Services or Asset Management.
Jon Description/Responsibilities
Ā Drive Program and Project delivery from conception to completion.
Ā Lead an Agile development team to build, develop and support applications, tools, and services for the platform.
Ā Works with the Product Owners to align team with the product vision, set sprint goals and priorities, manage escalations and expectations.
Ā Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams (Product, Design, Engineering and Infrastructure) that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts, and be a catalyst for creative, high-quality delivery within a collaborative, safe and high-performing team environment.
Skills/Qualifications
Ā Experience with general IT Project Management processes.
Ā Skilled in working on agile projects utilizing scrum.
Ā Skilled in facilitating meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
Ā Skilled in coaching agile practices to team member and business unit stakeholders.
Ā Skilled in creating communication channels between the team, product owner and stakeholder.
Ā Experienced in establishing a sprint backlog.
