They are seeking a Product Analyst to contribute to product decisions, roadmap prioritization, and user understanding through analytics and research.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain product analytics dashboards tracking user behavior, feature adoption, engagement, and performanceAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to surface actionable insights that inform product decisionsDefine and track key product metrics and KPIs; flag anomalies and recommend responsesConduct competitive and market research to identify trends, whitespace, and opportunities in the govtech landscapeSupport user research initiatives, including synthesizing interview findings and survey resultsBring data-driven reasoning to roadmap prioritization conversationsPartner with the Head of Product and Senior PM on the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iterationWrite product specs, user stories, and PRDs alongside senior team membersTranslate research and analytics into inputs that strengthen product requirements and design decisionsSkillsNew grad or up to 1 year of professional experience.
