The RISC Ops team is at the heart of our customer safety practices in Amazon. As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you’ll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. In this role, every day is an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of compliance.Key job responsibilitiesAs part of your role, you will have the opportunity to:- Classify products based on their potential compliance risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes.- Identify and remove any products from our website that violate policies.- Work with the legal and quality team to ensure the high standard of safety and compliance.- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure an exceptional customer experience.- Moreover, you will work closely with mentors and managers to develop your skills and unravel your potential.- Propose improvement opportunities for the processes you work on.- Train and mentor other associates.- Be in contact with stakeholders from different countries and cultures.- Get involved in analyzing metrics, interpreting trends and proposing corrective actions.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree education; Advanced proficiency in written Thai; Intermediate Proficient in English reading and writing;Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Excel would be an advantage; Ability to make decisions based on the recommendations provided and in the presence of unclear contexts; Extensive experience with the Internet and search engines; Quick search for the necessary information about the goods; Attention to detail; Ability to analyze and find patterns in large data sets;Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
