Job Title Procurement Support Analyst – Public Procurement & Contract Compliance Job Description: We are hiring a Procurement Support Analyst to assist in RFP/RFI development, vendor compliance, and procurement lifecycle monitoring for major capital and transit initiatives. You’ll be key to ensuring transparency, fairness, and regulatory adherence in purchasing. Key Responsibilities: • Support drafting of procurement documents (RFPs, RFIs, IFBs). • Conduct bid evaluations and scorecard analyses. • Track DBE/MBE/WBE vendor participation and compliance. • Maintain contract status and procurement dashboards. • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract terms. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Procurement, Public Admin, Legal Studies, or Business. Experience: • 3–6 years supporting transit or infrastructure-related procurement. • Familiarity with FAR, NYS finance rules, or MTA guidelines preferred.
