This procurement professional will have experience in tracking spend data, providing analytics, and tracking commodity reports/trends. This analyst will be supporting leadership in making strategic decisions for the wider business.
The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Ā Analyze and present financial data to business partners
Ā Consolidate monthly purchase reports from various ERP systems
Ā Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects
Ā Continually enhance the accuracy and availability of data and metrics
Ā Maintain Payment Terms tracking, cost savings projects, and supplier price increases
The Procurement Data Analyst Should Have the Following Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, supply Chain, or commodity management experience with an understanding of financial data analysis.
Ā Preferred: 3+ years experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Data Analysis, or Finance
Ā Experience with Financial Data Analytics, Multiple ERP Systems, Data Mining, Validation, Data Manipulation, Interpretation & Visualization of Data
Ā Proficient in Power BI, Dax functions, Excel Power tools and PivotTable, VBA, H/V/XLOOKUP, COUNTIFs, Index Match, and other excel function
