Visit Sequoia.com or follow us on LinkedIn to learn more.What You Get to Do:This position is based in Tempe, Arizona and only candidates within a commutable distance to our Tempe office will be considered.Lead and assist on contract negotiations and management of active contracts for contract terms and renewal periodsDrive RFP/RFQ inquiries as needed to assist in evaluating vendor quality, price and serviceAct as a liaison between vendors and Sequoia in reference to services, products, performance, contract renewals and terminationsCreate, maintain and log all DocuSign/signature agreementsMonitor and respond to Sequoia’s procurement email accountReview current contract for any duplicative spend and suggest recommendations for cost savingsDocument proper processes and procedures for company awarenessProcess purchase request through Sequoia’s procurement platform (Zip)Generate a weekly open purchase request report.
