As a PRN Nurse at BlueDot Cares, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
Client Assessment and Care Planning
⢠Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' healthcare needs, collaborating with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
⢠Create and update care plans based on the evolving needs of clients.
⢠Perform 90 day followups on all active clients.
Caregiver Orientation and Competency Evaluation
⢠Participate in new caregiver orientation.
⢠Help evaluate caregiver competencies.
Monitoring and Observation
⢠Monitor clients' health status, recognizing any changes and promptly reporting concerns to the healthcare team.
⢠Provide ongoing observation to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
Education and Support
⢠Educate clients and their families on health management, preventive care, and self-care techniques.
⢠Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and families facing health challenges.
Communication
⢠Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
⢠Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaboration
⢠Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and care coordinators, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
⢠Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance overall care quality.
⢠Current and valid nursing license in North Carolina.
⢠Minimum of 1ā2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on home care or a related healthcare setting. Home care experience preferred.
⢠Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
⢠Competitive hourly pay of $38..00-$42.00 per hour.
⢠Mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile.
