PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - Chapel Hill, NC

As a PRN Nurse at BlueDot Cares, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
Client Assessment and Care Planning
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' healthcare needs, collaborating with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
ā¢ Create and update care plans based on the evolving needs of clients.
ā¢ Perform 90 day followups on all active clients.
Caregiver Orientation and Competency Evaluation
ā¢ Participate in new caregiver orientation.
ā¢ Help evaluate caregiver competencies.
Monitoring and Observation
ā¢ Monitor clients' health status, recognizing any changes and promptly reporting concerns to the healthcare team.
ā¢ Provide ongoing observation to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
Education and Support
ā¢ Educate clients and their families on health management, preventive care, and self-care techniques.
ā¢ Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and families facing health challenges.
Communication
ā¢ Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
ā¢ Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaboration
ā¢ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and care coordinators, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
ā¢ Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance overall care quality.
ā¢ Current and valid nursing license in North Carolina.
ā¢ Minimum of 1ā2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on home care or a related healthcare setting. Home care experience preferred.
ā¢ Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
ā¢ Competitive hourly pay of $38..00-$42.00 per hour.
ā¢ Mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile.
