A well-established local firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield.
Role
Ā Advising clients on and drafting wills, powers of attorney and associated documents.
Ā Assisting clients on family asset succession and protection.
Ā Opportunity to grow amongst a supportive team.
You
Ā 7+ PQE solicitor or CILEX with Private Client experience.
Ā Proven experience in advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
Ā STEP & CTA qualified or part-qualified, experience of COP and Probate administration experience would be advantageous.
