Compensation:The pay for this position is $20.00 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesHighlights:This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needsRequired availability: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM CST (candidates can bid for preferred shift post-training)Fully remote – work from homePreferred candidates located in PST time zoneMust provide a screenshot of home internet speed (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)Must confirm access to a quiet, distraction-free, private workspaceResponsibilities:Answer inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, and other stakeholders with professionalism and courtesyGuide callers through the criteria-based prior authorization processMaintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of each interactionTransfer escalated clinical issues and judgment calls to the pharmacist teamAssist with reviewing and processing Prior Authorization requests via fax and ePAHandle outbound calls and monitor department mailboxesComplete other tasks as assigned by the leadership teamRequirements:6 months-1 year of Prior Authorization experienceMust be a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state you reside inMust provide their own high-speed internet (minimum speed: 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)Must have a private, secure, and stable workspace dedicated to work purposesEducation:Required: High School Diploma or GED (must be verifiable)If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting, call or text Jenise Nottage at
