Principal Programmer
Overview: As a Principal Programmer within our FSP team, you will be working embedded within the sponsors team, to support market access, value and pricing. Responsibilities: Develop and validate ADaM and TLF’s for Health Technical Assessment (HTA) & Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Generate analysis to be used primarily for HTA, HEOR submissions and publications team Enhance program efficiency by developing macro solutions to enhance creation of ADaM and TLF’s Clean and manage datasets to maintain compliance and accuracy Transform clinical and Real World Data into analysis ready datasets Act as a lead, supporting the wider Market Access team and collaborating internally where needed Qualifications: Experience working within a clinical trials environment (CRO, pharma or academia) Previous experience performing statistical analysis using SAS, SQL & R Experience in statistical analysis for HTA & HEOR is highly desirable Why Join Us Remote working and flexible working hours Career development, mentorship, and continuous learning Supportive, friendly, and collaborative culture Making a Positive Impact: As a B-Corp™ organization, we are committed to sustainability, solid responsibility and strong ethical governance through our ESG initiatives About Phastar Phastar is an award-winning biometrics and data science CRO, trusted by pharma, biotech, and medical device companies worldwide.
