WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Principal Applications Architect for Corporate Systems is the technology lead in providing vision, defining strategy, and designing solutions using their expert technical knowledge. This position will participate in all aspects of Software development life cycle for NextGen cloud implementations. They lead solution designs by working with engineering team with the opportunity to be a part of an exciting digital transformation that will impact all corporate systems client (HR, Finance and Office of General Counsel) at TNC.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director Application Development and Support for Corporate Systems. This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

Providing application development leadership to Corporate Systems team, IT, and our business partners
Designing and developing solutions that have high value and impact with low maintenance costs.
Integrating data between various internal and external applications.
Fostering a learning culture through mentoring Corporate Systems staff and application developers.
Working closely within and in partnership with other IT staff to understand and analyze business problems and how they can be solved through technology.
Leading highly complex technology projects with varying levels of impact on organization-wide initiatives.
Acting as a lead technologist on technology application maintenance and improvement projects related to application upgrades, improvements, integrations, conversion, and enhancements.
