Within 30 DaysÂ
• Lead technical assessment of current AI automation infrastructure and identify optimization opportunitiesÂ
• Establish relationships with global finance leadership, IT architecture teams, and regional stakeholdersÂ
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of existing SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platform integrations to identify AI enhancement opportunitiesÂ
• Mentor junior developers and establish technical standards for the India AI development teamÂ
• Present strategic roadmap for AI-driven financial automation to senior leadershipÂ
Within 60 DaysÂ
• Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale AI solutions for financial process automation (P2P, O2C, R2R cycles)Â
• Design and implement advanced prompt engineering frameworks for complex financial document processing and analysisÂ
• Lead integration projects connecting AI models with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and multi-cloud environmentsÂ
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and monitoringÂ
• Drive technical decision-making for cloud infrastructure scaling across AWS/Azure/GCP platformsÂ
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure 24/7 system reliability and performance optimizationÂ
Within 90 DaysÂ
• Own end-to-end delivery of mission-critical AI automation platforms serving global finance operationsÂ
• Lead technical presentations to C-suite executives, translating AI capabilities into strategic business valueÂ
• Establish center of excellence for AI development practices, including code review standards, testing frameworks, and deployment protocolsÂ
• Drive innovation in real-time financial analytics, predictive modeling, and intelligent reporting systemsÂ
• Mentor and scale the India AI development team, establishing career development pathwaysÂ
• Lead vendor evaluations and technology partnerships for next-generation AI capabilitiesÂ

Requirements:Â
Technical Leadership:Â
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of enterprise AI/ML development experience with proven track record of scaling production systemsÂ
• Experience with Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipelineÂ
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Â
• Deep experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI model optimization for enterprise applicationsÂ
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on AI/ML services and enterprise integration patternsÂ
• Strong background in API development, microservices architecture, and enterprise system integrationsÂ
Enterprise & Finance Domain:Â
• Extensive experience with SAP modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA, BTP) and/or Salesforce platform developmentÂ
• Deep understanding of financial processes: accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecastingÂ
• Experience with enterprise data governance, financial compliance (SOX, GAAP, IFRS), and audit requirementsÂ
