Pricing Specialist

As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing cost and pricing elements of the quotation process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests. You’ll collaborate across departments to design solutions, evaluate financial impacts, and contribute to strategic pricing decisions. This role can be based remotely in Poland.Your responsibilities:Manage cost and pricing components of quotations under tight deadlinesLead pricing opportunities and contract renewalsDevelop innovative and user-friendly pricing models and toolsCollaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Operations, and Corporate ServicesProvide financial impact analysis and reporting to senior stakeholdersQuality check pricing models for accuracy and integritySupport bid teams in achieving target margins and pricing strategiesDocument pricing assumptions and prepare client-facing pricing languageEvaluate pricing risks and propose mitigation strategiesReview contract terms to ensure alignment with pricing models and profitability goalsYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in the 3PL industry (engineering, costing, or operations)Strong understanding of logistics and production cost structuresProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projectsHigh business acumen and customer-facing communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexible schedule to accommodate global time zonesStrong organizational and delegation skillsAbout DP WorldTrade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
