**Your Role**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Job Requirements**

To be eligible for this role, you'll need:

* **Education**: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* **Work Experience**: Have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a minimum of 1 year at a single job.
* **Attendance**: Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days of employment.
* **Typing Speed**: Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
* **Internet Connection**: Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
* **Work Area**: Have a secure, private work area at home.
* **Availability**: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
