Pricing and Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:
• Call retail and service providers to obtain pricing on services across the country
• Maintain a positive and friendly tone
• Accurately record call details and customer responses
• Meet performance goals and call quotas
• No selling
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must be a Self-Starter
• Basic Computer Skills such as Copy and Paste, Google sheet data entry, the ability to use Google for researching store numbers and information
• Reliable internet connection (can be Wi-Fi) and a quiet workspace
• Ability to take direction and adapt to change
• Previous call and customer service experience preferred
Compensation:
• $12 an hour starting pay.
• Performance will be reviewed after six months, with a raise if performance goals are met.
• 1099 employee
• Choose to work between 8 am and 8 pm Monday-Friday EST and 8 am-2 pm on Saturday EST, when West Coast Stores Close. You can work on and off at any time during the day. Example: Work 8-12 pm and then 3-7 pm
