[Remote] Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with leads, conduct discovery calls, and partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations, playing a crucial role in driving the company's growth. Responsibilities Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach Skills High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience Strong communication and people skills — you love connecting with others and building rapport Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple conversations without missing a beat Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly Resilient and goal-driven — you thrive on challenges and love celebrating wins A team-player mindset — you collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to team success 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
