Precision Agriculture Technician(United States)
About the Role We are seeking a Precision Agriculture Technician to support customers and dealers of FJDynamics auto-steer and navigation systems. This role is responsible for installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repairing, and dealer training. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our precision ag solutions in the field. Key Responsibilities • Install and calibrate FJDynamics auto-navigation kits on various farm equipment. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or in the field. • Deliver training sessions for dealers and customers. • Support product demos, field days, and exhibitions. • Provide feedback from the field to improve product and service. • Summarize and edit product manuals, user guides, FAQs, and public knowledge articles. Qualifications & Skills • Hands-on experience with precision agriculture systems (Ag Leader, Outback, Raven, Trimble, John Deere, etc.). • Strong technical knowledge of GPS, electronics, and machine control systems. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and travel regionally. Preferred / Nice to Have • Previous background in tractor or agricultural equipment repair (helpful for understanding customer needs). • Own vehicle and willingness to travel frequently. • Local nationality or valid local work visa.
