Pre-Foreclosure Specialist- Fully Remote!

Vaco is partnering with a leading client to hire a fully remote Pre-Foreclosure Specialist! In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing all pre-foreclosure documentation prior to submission to the legal team. You'll manage complex default servicing activities, ensuring that loans in the pre-foreclosure pipeline are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Review and complete all pre-foreclosure tasks on time and accurately, including breach processing and preparing foreclosure referrals. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, attorneys, and outside vendors during the pre-foreclosure process. • Follow up daily on assigned tasks and cases. • Prepare and send bulk breach notices while ensuring all rules and guidelines are followed. • Handle breach and re-breach requests within the required timeframes (SLAs). • Perform pre-foreclosure due diligence to confirm compliance with state, federal, and investor requirements. • Use internal systems, vendor software, and reports to manage and track the pre-foreclosure pipeline. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • 3 years of proven mortgage servicing, default servicing, portfolio management, and pre-foreclosure knowledge/experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of FHA and VA loans, including regulatory and investor-specific requirements for breach, reinstatement, and foreclosure timelines • High level of technical expertise to perform any default-specific task as it relates to pre-foreclosure activities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
