Gestaltung und Implementierung von Organisationsmodellen, Prozessen, Rollen-, Verantwortungs- und Qualifizierungsprofilen Gestaltung von Kommunikations- und Medienkampagnen zur Unterstützung von Change Prozessen Analyse von organisatorischen Reifegraden, Change-Resistenz-Ursachen und kulturellen Faktoren Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops mit Entwicklern und Verantwortlichen Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration, Mitarbeiterführung und Kompetenzentwicklung Your Profile Ein auf Change Management ausgerichtetes Hochschulstudium z.B.
