Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PR Communications Associate / Brand Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the brand image of our clients and the company as a whole. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and media outlets to create compelling communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic communication plans for our clients and the company - Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for our clients and company - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote our clients and company - Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to track the success of communication strategies - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Plan and execute events and campaigns to promote our clients and company - Provide support for crisis communication and reputation management - Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative communication strategies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies - Experience with social media management and content creation - Knowledge of media relations and experience pitching to media outlets - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is a plus We offer competitive salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
