Job Title: Implementation Specialist PowerFlex Duration: 6.5 Months Location: Remote Must-Have Skills PowerFlex Appliance Compute and Storage Only Nodes Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Hyperconverged Infrastructure Engineer to support customers with new Dell PowerFlex deployments. The specialist will play a key role in configuring, deploying, and managing PowerFlex Appliances, while ensuring seamless integration with VMware, bare metal, OpenShift, Red Hat virtualization, and Nutanix environments. This remote residency requires strong hands-on experience with PowerFlex Appliance, deep technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with customers on implementation and knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities Configure and deploy PowerFlex Appliance across customer environments. Manage PowerFlex Manager and PowerFlex Gateway for performance, scalability, and security. Conduct customer handoffs to ensure smooth transitions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PowerFlex Appliance deployments. Collaborate with customers to assess networking and routing requirements. Design and implement network architectures for PowerFlex solutions. Maintain expertise in PowerFlex Appliance software and hardware components. Stay current with new PowerFlex features, versions, and enhancements. Requirements 5+ years of experience with PowerFlex Appliance and PowerFlex Manager. Strong knowledge of VMware, bare metal, OpenShift, and Red Hat virtualization. Hands-on experience with Nutanix and PowerFlex deployments. Proven troubleshooting skills with complex hyperconverged environments. Strong communication skills to effectively work with customers and remote teams. Solid understanding of network fundamentals and architectures. Experience with PowerFlex Manager 3.7+ and familiarity with PowerFlex 4.5 features. Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
