Seeking for a Power BI Developer to contribute to our Business Intelligence Program. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas:
ā¢ Requirements Gathering:
ā¢ Collaborate with business and data analysts to understand requirements and objectives for reports and visualizations.
ā¢ Identify relevant data sources and attributes for use in models.
ā¢ Proficient in Excel, capable of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
ā¢ Data Modeling:
ā¢ Design and document efficient data models to support business requirements.
ā¢ Deliver row and column-level security within Power BI semantic model.
ā¢ Establish reusable semantic data models in Power BI.
ā¢ Data Source Connectivity Setup:
ā¢ Connect to various data sources including APIs, SQL databases, and Excel files.
ā¢ Ensure seamless data extraction and transformation.
ā¢ DAX Formulas:
ā¢ Proficiency in writing DAX formulas, calculated columns, and measures.
ā¢ Report Creation:
ā¢ Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
ā¢ Optimize Power BI reports for performance.
ā¢ Power BI Service & Deployment:
ā¢ Publish reports to Power BI Service, manage access controls, and automate refresh schedules.
ā¢ AI Familiarity:
ā¢ Comfortable working with AI tools to enhance processes and optimize data analysis workflows.
ā¢ Collaboration & Communication Skills:
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
ā¢ Present complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
