They are seeking a Post Baccalaureate Fellow in Image Analysis to utilize manual and AI-based techniques for analyzing 2D and 3D electron microscopy datasets to aid in disease discovery.ResponsibilitiesApply ML/DL and conventional/manual approaches to recognize features from large-volume, high-resolution EM images of cells and tissuesAdapt and apply existing image processing workflows to EM data to generate visual and quantitative resultsCreate clear documentation including appropriately structured metadata, and resilient workflowsSkillsPossession of Bachelor's degree in computer science, vision science, or a closely related field from an accredited college/university according to the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
