**Responsibilities**: 1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. 2. Conduct market research to determine property value and competitive prices. 3. Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions. 4. Create and present compelling property listings to potential buyers. 5. Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process. 6. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments. 7. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals. 8. Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers. 9. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections. 10. Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. 11.
